Kent F. Bredehoeft, PE
President, CEO and Chairman of the Board, Argus Companies, Inc.
Kent Bredehoeft is responsible for the visionary oversight of Argus Companies, Inc. and its three subsidiaries, Argus Consulting, Inc., SAIM, LLC. and Argus Construction Management, LLC. He focuses on the interconnected strategy between the subsidiaries and managing the businesses’ shared services, resulting in a maximized collective impact. Kent drives the corporate vision and values and provides leadership to more than 100 professionals through a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
A registered professional engineer in eight states, he has devoted his 30+ year career to designing and constructing commercial and military aviation fuel systems and establishing industry standards for fuel facilities. His extensive resume includes fueling systems at most of North America’s busiest airports and multiple Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants (POL) projects for the U.S. Department of Defense in the United States and Middle East. Kent has contributed to several aircraft fueling master plans and strives to position Argus as the industry's trusted partner through innovation.
Kent has a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri.

Steven W. Waag, PE
Board Secretary
As one of the founders of Argus Consulting nearly three decades ago, Steve has earned a reputation as a leader in innovative design, evaluation and management of aircraft fueling projects. For more than 40 years, he has specialized in aircraft fueling systems engineering, contributing to more than 200 complex piping and fluid handling systems around the world. Airline consortiums, airport operators and pipeline suppliers have trusted his counsel and technical support in the analysis, design and development of pipeline solutions and infrastructure improvements that are required to meet the growing demand for Jet-A fuel. Steve earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University. He continues to serve as an owner’s representative and quality control manager for Argus projects, as a mentor to the firm’s engineering department, and as the Secretary for the Board of Directors.

Rajan Sheth, PE
Advisor, Board of Directors
Rajan Sheth, P.E. has several years of experience in the consulting engineering and architecture business. He joined the Argus Consulting board of directors as an advisor in April 2022 after retiring from Mead & Hunt, a firm he led as CEO from 1994 to 2018 and as Chairman of the Board through 2020. Under Raj’s leadership, Mead & Hunt expanded from a local Wisconsin company to a national firm with offices in 20 states. The company’s revenues grew from $10 million in 1994 to over $191 million in 2020. The company has been consistently named as one of the fastest growing, and one of the best places to work.
Mead & Hunt is an employee-owned company with nearly 30% of employees as shareholders. He attributes the company’s success to staying highly focused on people, while pursuing smart growth organically and by acquisitions. Raj is an expert on employee ownership, strategic planning, acquisition strategies, and organization restructuring. He has also assisted several companies in CEO selection and leadership transition.
He served for several years on the Board of Trustees for the College of Engineering at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, as well as on the Dean's Industrial Advisory Board for the College of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He has also held leadership positions in various professional associations such as the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Council of Engineering Companies.
Chris M. Straub, PE
President, Agrus Consulting, Inc.
Chris Straub serves as President of Argus Consulting, Inc., the engineering consulting arm of Argus Companies, Inc. Chris has more than 30 years of experience providing fueling system consulting services across a myriad of industries. In his role as president, Chris is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic vision of Argus Consulting and ensuring the company is equipped to execute high-quality work for clients now and into the future. He also collaborates with the leaders of Argus Construction Management, LLC. and SAIM, LLC. to establish a cohesive structure across business lines and deliver end-to-end client value.
Chris has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.

Tina Lux-Boim
President, SAIM, LLC.
Tina Lux-Boim serves as the President of SAIM, LLC, the software and digitization services arm of Argus Companies, Inc. In her leadership role, Tina focuses on creating value and accelerating performance through value-driven strategies. She believes in the importance of recognizing individual talents and implementing best practices to support operational efficiencies and rapid growth.
With more than 25 years of experience, Tina has held influential executive roles in both the technology sector and the non-profit industry, earning recognition for her ability to devise creative solutions for long-term success and growth. Her knack for identifying unique business opportunities and drive to explore alternative problem-solving approaches have been instrumental in her contributions to team and individual leadership roles.
Tina has served on the Advisory Board of the Technology Services Industry Association. She has received numerous recognitions and awards, including CRN Channel Chief, and has been listed on CRN's "Women of the Channel" and "Power 50 Solution Provider List" for several consecutive years.

Don Summers
President, Argus Construction Management, LLC.
Don serves as President of Argus Construction Management, LLC., the construction and contracting services arm of Argus Companies, Inc. Don has more than 27 years of experience in the design-build market across many industries. As president, he is responsible for developing and implementing Argus Construction Management’s strategic vision and ensuring the company is equipped to execute high-quality, on-time, and on-budget work for its clients. Don collaborates with the leaders of Argus Consulting, Inc. and SAIM, LLC. to establish a cohesive structure across business lines and deliver end-to-end client value.
Don has a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University. In his spare time, he enjoys watching tennis, woodworking, jogging, spending time with his wife, and watching his two sons and one daughter thrive in their college and professional careers.

Brett Austin, PE
Director of Technology
Brett Austin currently leads information technology, cybersecurity, and innovation efforts for Argus. As Director of Technology, he develops and implements Argus’ overall technology strategy, ensures the security of the company’s data and systems, and drives innovation to improve Argus’ efficiency and service offerings.
He graduated from the University of Missouri with degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering and started his career as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Argus in 2006. As a registered professional engineer, he has performed assessment, design, and construction services at 30+ major airports and 20+ military installations worldwide during his 15-year career in the fueling industry.
During his time as an electrical engineer, Brett leveraged his computer science skillsets to develop tools that streamline design and assessment processes for engineers and designers at Argus. After primarily focusing on engineering for a decade, he transitioned to a full-time technology strategy role, and maintains a strong passion for improving the company using software and leading-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence.

Craig Clum, PE
Director of Atlanta Operations
Craig Clum is a Senior Project Manager and the Director of Atlanta Operations for Argus. Craig’s responsibilities include leading the military business unit and managing multi-discipline teams of engineers in executing military and commercial fueling system projects.
His experience spans more than 25 years of project management and civil engineering design in the engineering and construction industries. He has an extensive background in military and commercial fueling systems (aviation and ground fuels), oil and gas, natural gas, aviation, defense/federal, transportation, and institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential land development sectors.
Craig is a registered professional engineer and earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio University.

Tim Collins
Southeast Region Business Unit Director
Tim Collins directs Argus’ Southeast Business Unit out of Tampa, Florida. In addition to regional business development, Tim advocates for his clients, initiates and leads project development, and provides leadership to his team and support staff. Tim holds full profit and loss responsibilities for Commercial Aviation Fueling, General Aviation Fueling, Railroad Fueling, Alternate Fuels-SAF, and Carbon Capture practices. He brings 38 years of expertise in automating fluid handling systems, including serving in many executive leadership positions. In addition, Tim has 20 years of ownership of engineering, equipment engineering, and controls firms. He has been awarded 14 patents in his career, several products of which became the industry standard.
Tim is honored to hold senior positions on Regional Manufacturing (RMA) Boards, and he is an executive director/board member of Hernando Progress, the gatekeeping group for business development in the Nature Coast of Florida and greater Tampa sectors. His degree is in Robotics from Minnesota West.
Faith, family, and freedom round out his purpose in life, and “giving back” is Tim’s personal directive. He is happiest when surrounded by his wife, seven children and 11 grandchildren. Fishing, hunting, shooting, flying, and simply holding the hands of another in need are his most rewarding pastimes.

Jeremy Dieckhoff, PE
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Jeremy is responsible for ensuring the execution of engineering and design projects that meet Argus’ high-quality standards.
In his role, he oversees project lifecycles, manages diverse teams, refines operational processes and training, implements innovative solutions to enhance productivity, and maintains the firm's standards of quality and efficiency. His 15-year tenure at Argus bolsters his strategic approach to fuels engineering. On the path to his current role, Jeremy has served as a Civil/Environmental Engineer, Project Manager, and Discipline Director, advancing aviation fuel system projects that meet client needs with precision, quality, and dependability.
A graduate of the University of Missouri, Jeremy is a licensed Civil Engineer with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Biology.

Kristin Eder, PE
VP of Financial Planning & Analysis
As Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, Kristin is responsible for developing financial organizational strategies through monitoring and analyzing financial and project performance information, forecasting firm financial performance and industry trends, and managing the firm’s operational, financial, and project-related risk. Kristin also serves as Trustee for the Argus Companies ESOP.
During her 25-year career, she has served as the senior environmental engineer and project manager for aviation fueling system projects at many of the nation’s busiest airports and U.S. military bases and as the Environmental Manager for a multi-billion-dollar, five-year capital development program.
Kristin earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a registered professional engineer.

Dan Frank, PE, P. Eng.
VP of Engineering
Dan Frank guides the engineering objectives that help Argus maintain its reputation as an industry leader in engineering and consulting services for aviation and transportation fueling systems and facilities.
A professional mechanical engineer licensed in 19 states and four Canadian provinces, Dan has more than 31 years of fueling industry experience covering large commercial fuel storage, self-service dispensing stations, major pipeline receipt, transport unloading, refueler loading, marine unloading facilities, and airport hydrant system distribution systems.
Dan’s hobbies include flying, restoring classic sports cars, sailing, scuba diving, and DIY home improvement projects. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Garrett Gjerstad, PE
Central Region & General Aviation Business Unit Director
Garrett Gjerstad is the Business Unit Director for Argus’ Central Region and General Aviation segments, serving as the main point of contact for engineering and design project management and business development.
Garrett has more than 14 years of experience as a fueling systems infrastructure project manager and lead civil engineer in the design and construction administration of aviation fueling storage and distribution systems and aircraft ramp services for major commercial aviation hubs and regional general aviation airports. He has an extensive background in project design and management, surveying, developing civil plans and specifications, collecting field data, basic cost estimating, producing project reports, and construction administration services.
He has managed the design and construction of numerous general aviation fuel storage, self-serve dispensing, and bulk/refueler loading facilities for municipal, regional and national airports across Texas. He has also contributed to the fueling system design standards for general aviation airports for the Texas Department of Transportation Aviation Division.
Garrett has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Kansas.

Felicia Goodison
Director of Marketing & Communications
As the Director of Marketing and Communications for Argus Companies, Felicia Goodison is as a strategic partner across corporative initiatives, bridging internal and external communications, aligning marketing initiatives across our three subsidiaries, and fortifying B2B and employer branding endeavors.
She leverages her extensive experience, creative approach, and passion for collaboration to create engaging content, programs, and events to promote the company's expertise and services and enhance relationship-building opportunities for our Argus employee-owners, clients, vendors, industry partners, and local communities.
Prior to her tenure at Argus, Felicia led sales, business development, marketing, and communication strategy and tactics for sectors spanning digital services, entertainment, and real estate across diverse markets, including Kansas City, Seattle, Portland, Phoenix, and Los Angeles. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications with a Minor in Biology from Pittsburg State University.

Paul Johnke, PE
Northeast Region Business Unit Director
Paul Johnke is Argus’ Business Unit Director responsible for project leadership, client relations, and marketing in the Northeast.
A native New Yorker, Paul has more than 30 years of tri-state area aviation fuel and transportation industry background, including extensive project/program management, planning, operational, design, and construction experience.
Paul established Argus’ New York office in 2014, and his significant commercial aviation fueling design credits include work at LGA, JFK, EWR, MSY, CLT, and IAD.
Paul earned a B.S. degree in Marine Engineering from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA in Finance from Tobin School of Business at St. John’s University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York.
Paul has supported youth STEM education through mentoring robotics competitions and promoted sportsmanship by coaching youth soccer and basketball.

Jorge Rodriguez, PE
International Business Unit Director
Jorge Rodriguez is Argus’ International Business Unit Director based in Florida.
Jorge was born in Cuba and began his career as a mechanical engineer in the manufacturing industry after immigrating to Chile in the mid-1990s. Later, he moved to Florida and obtained his professional engineering license. He has worked in the commercial aviation infrastructure and fuels engineering industry for 13 years. His portfolio of work includes multiple domestic and international projects.
His career with Argus started in 2011, where he immediately began leading the company’s international projects, including Quito and Bogotá.
Jorge enjoys many hobbies, such as boating, flying small airplanes, spearfishing, and playing golf. Family means everything to him.
Nate Spiker, PE
Western Region Business Unit Director
Nate Spilker leads Argus’s commercial and general aviation fueling practice in the Western Region. As a professional engineer with 19 years of experience, Nate directs a group of project managers and multi-disciplined engineers to propose, design, and manage construction for various fueling facilities. His project experience includes new and expanded tank farms, new and retrofitted hydrant systems, refueler load racks, self-service and bulk loading systems, truck unloading, filtration, and pipeline receipt systems for many airline, airport, operator, engineering, and architect clients.
In his spare time, Nate enjoys playing games, vegetable gardening, brewing beer (with homegrown hops), watching the world-champion Kansas City Chiefs, and trying to keep up with his wife and 6- and 8-year-old kids. Nate has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
